Shorter Egyptian Hookahs for Hookah Bars
If a traditional hookah style fits your lounge, but you would prefer a more compact hookah, there are few options, but most in this style will be the big boys. Here are a couple of suggestions from Nammor and Khalil Mamoon worth considering based on your size constraints.
We recommend upgrading the hoses of these hookahs upfront or when they wear out. Use something with better performance, like a D-Hose, Droid or large washable KM hookah hose.

Kinda' Modern but Kinda' Traditional Too
Here are 3 amazing hookahs that any lounge owner will be proud to use. These are from the makers of Pharaohs Hookahs. Pharaohs are generally more modern in style and compact in size, but these 3 models are built like a traditional hookah (heavy shaft, single hose, wide open connections) but they have both a modern and traditional aesthetic. The only way we would recommend improving them, would be to upgrade the hoses to a large silicone washable hose like the Mya Silicone, Aluminum D-hose or the Droid hose.
Mya Saray QT Hookah just might be the best selling hookah of all time. This compact model has a very wide footprint in relation to its height, so its virtually un-tippable. Bars that want to add hookahs to the bar top can use this stout little hookah for superb smoke and easy set up.
The Pharaohs Pyramid has an undeniably modern appearance and the heavy glass and solid shaft make it a great hookah for lounges that want to show off a modern decor. If you decide to offer multiple hose hookahs (we don't really recommend that) this hookah takes up to 4 hoses by simply adding extra hose adapters.
All Glass Art Hookah Temple
The Art Hookah Temple is the pinnacle of modern hookah elegance and is recommended for the super premium hookah lounge that serves a high end clientele. The Art hookah has a wide base, so it's unlikely to to fall over, a major plus for hookah lounge pipes of this caliber. The main body has wide open space, so if you want to add a little more raz-ma-taz you can fill the base water with decorative fruits or other flavoring agents to create custom mixes and flavor profiles found only at your hookah lounge. The Art Hookah also includes a battery powered LED color changing light to add visual stimulation while enjoying the thick clouds of tasty vapor. This hookah does not include a bowl, so you will need to pick up some extras if you fill your lounge with the Art Hookah.
