Flavored Tobacco Legislation - Potential Tobacco and Vape Ban HR 2339

As a result of the recent health crisis related to vaping lung injury and the prolific use of portable vape devices among children, Congressman Pallone has brought a bill forward to the US Congress that would annihilate the hookah and vaping industry.  This piece of legislation is broad and will essentially outlaw all flavored hookah and vaping products. This is a knee jerk reaction that would be ineffective and damage the economy with huge job losses and thousands of small business closures.

We need every business owner and private citizen concerned about this legislation to contact their representative and let them know that you oppose this bill.  We believe the legislation is too broad, and unfairly targets the culture and social practices of the Middle Eastern and North African minorities in United States.

Congress will vote on HR2339, a bill that will ban hookah sales in the United States, in a matter of days.
