General Shipping Information

Questions regarding shipping? No problem! we'll cover all of our costs and shipping methods in this shipping FAQ, on both an international and domestic level.

How Much Will My Order Cost To Ship?

Both USPS and UPS charge based on several factors such as the weight of the package(s), the dimensions of each box, and the destination. Larger orders will generally cost more to ship. If you are ordering large hookahs the size of the box might be larger in order to be safely packaged. These types of variables can increase the cost of shipping. We always use the smallest box possible to safely pack your order, and help you save as much as possible! 

Domestic Shipping Options

Domestic customers can select between USPS Priority and Express Mail as well as UPS Ground, 2nd Day, and Next Day shipping. We ship out of Austin, Texas so typically with UPS Ground or USPS Priority Mail packages will be delivered 1-5 business days after the day that they ship out (The Map below shows UPS transit times).  A tracking number will be provided via email when the order ships so that you can track the progress of your shipment.  

We are now able to offer special UPS ground with Freight shipping and other great freight options for orders 150 lbs and above.  Ask us how you can optimize your order to get the best possible rates.

International Shipping Options

International customers may choose between USPS Priority Mail or Express Mail. International delivery times vary quite a bit dependent upon location but on average take 1-3 weeks. This is largely dependent upon how fast the packages are processed through customs when they get to your country. You will be provided with a tracking number so that you can monitor the shipment. It is important to note that the last scan your order will receive in the US will be from our international sort facility in Chicago, IL. International packages will not receive another tracking scan until they have completed customs processing in your country. Do not be alarmed if this does not happen right away; it is not uncommon for that to take 5-7 days and in some cases maybe a bit longer.

A note to international customers:

It is always important to be aware of the rules and regulations in your country when importing tobacco. You will be responsible for any taxes charged by customs for those products. In the event that taxes are charged and you would like to send the package back, you will need to refuse the package. Once it arrives back at our warehouse you will be credited for the products returned minus the cost of shipping and a 15% restocking fee.
