Quick light hookah coals have been labeled as Hazardous Material and fall into a special
category for shipping. It sounds like its going to be complicated, but we found its surprisingly easy to ship these coals using the proper methods and labeling. At Hookah Wholesalers, we want to make sure you get the best value when ordering these coals and can reduce your shipping costs. So here are the new best practices for ordering quick lighting hookah charcoal.
Order by the Case – These products are packed by the case with all the appropriate labeling to be shipped in their master cases. They are also packaged in the appropriate type of cardboard packaging required of this type of material. This means that quick lighting coals will be available only by the case. For Ignite Hookah Coals, that’s 18 boxes per case for both 33mm and 40mm coals. We are now offering even lower coal case pricing to help offset the costs of ordering larger quantities.

Ordering in Bulk – Quick light coals will be shipped on a HAZ MAT certified freight carrier. We were surprised to find out that the cost was only slightly higher than before. That said, we are shipping on a pallet, so shipping 1 case or shipping 5 cases is almost the same price. Combine you large coal order with hookahs, shisha and accessories so that everything is shipped together. There should be plenty of room on the pallet for other hookah supplies.

Shipping Prices and Time – When you place an order online that includes quick light charcoals, we will contact you with a freight quote for your order before it ships. We don’t like surprise charges and we know you don’t either, so we will contact you as soon as possible with shipping costs. Freight shipping does not have the tracking systems of UPS and may take an extra day or two, so order coals before you run out. We cannot ship emergency coals by next day air anymore!
