The Pharaoh's Diffuser is an ingenious little device that is inexpensive yet dramatically increases the performance of any hookah pipe. The airflow is divided from the central downstem into multiple slotted percolating diffuser tubes. Now you have many more small bubbles getting more water filtration and cooling for a smooth session with monster clouds.To use, simply slip one of the included diffuser grommets over the end of your hookah down-stem and then attach the diffuser. The Pharoahs hookah diffuser comes with grommets in two different diameters, which enables it to fit even down-stems with large ""flares"" at the bottom, like KM hookahs and Nammor hookahs.
