How do I sign up to receive Global Hookah Wholesalers rewards?

Joining the Global Hookah Wholesalers rewards program is as simple as creating a free account with us. Sign up using your name, email address, and password and you will be automatically enrolled! You'll even earn $20 worth of points just for signing up! Already have an account with Hookah Wholesalers? Then you're already enrolled in our rewards program and are ready to start earning rewards.

How do I earn reward points?

It's simple! For every $1 USD you spend at Global Hookah Wholesalers, you will receive 1 reward point. If you've spent enough with us to have been moved to a higher tier, you may receive 1.5x or even 2x the number of points on every purchase! Additionally, you'll receive $20 worth of points for creating an account with us, and an additional $10 in points on the yearly anniversary of when you joined!

Can reward points be used in combination with a discount code?

No, at this time reward points are not able to be used alongside a separate discount code.

How do I redeem my reward points?

Reward points can be redeemed during the checkout process when placing an order. Once applied, your rewards will appear as a direct discount to your final total.

How do reward points convert to dollars?

100 points are equal to $1 USD and are able to be redeemed in $20 increments up to $100. We also offer a $250 reward redemption if you're able to save up enough points! Higher VIP tiers earn points at a quicker rate, however, the exchange rate will always be the same no matter which tier you are a part of.

Do reward points expire?

Reward points will expire after 12 months if you have not earned OR redeemed any points within that timeframe. If you are actively earning or redeeming points, they will not expire.

How do I receive my anniversary rewards?

You will receive $10 worth of reward points in celebration of your yearly anniversary with Global Hookah Wholesalers automatically! Our system keeps track of when you created your account and will automatically add 1,000 points to your rewards balance on this date every year.

When will I see reward points get added to my account?

Reward points earned with a purchase are updated and added to your account once your order officially ships out of our warehouse and you're emailed a tracking number. Points earned through special actions - such as account creation - may be reflected immediately on your account. If you have any questions or concerns about your accrued points, we're here to help! How is my rewards tier determined?

Your Global Hookah Wholesalers rewards tier is determined by the amount you spend with us over a rolling 12-month period that resets when you reach a higher tier. When you create your account, you are automatically enrolled in the bronze tier. Once you have earned your way into a higher tier by spending the minimum listed amount for each level, you'll have 12 months to either spend the minimum required amount to stay in your current tier or spend more to level up! If you do not spend the required amount for a tier after this time period, you will automatically be moved to a lower tier.

Can my reward points be refunded to me in cash?

No, reward points are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash. They are only available as store credit and can only be redeemed on an order with Global Hookah Wholesalers.

I referred someone to Global Hookah Wholesalers but I haven't received any points. Is there something else I need to do?

Thank you so much for recommending us! We sincerely appreciate it! In order for you to receive your $200 referral credit, the person you referred will first need to place an order of at least $1500 USD using the referral discount that they were provided when you referred them. Once they have placed an order that meets the minimum dollar amount, $200 worth of points will be added to your account automatically!

What if I have an old account or multiple email addresses and want to combine my points?

If you have points under a different email address or wish to merge accounts, reach out to our customer service team and we'll be happy to assist.

I signed up for your email newsletter. Does that mean I joined the rewards program?

No. Signing up for our email newsletter does not enroll you in the Global Hookah Wholesalers rewards program. The only way to be enrolled is by creating an account directly through our sign-up form.
