Hookah Wholesalers is Going Offline on April 23rd Until May 6, 2024
We have a huge job ahead of us, as we prepare to pack up, transport, unload, and re-organize 5000 unique products into our new facility in Charlotte, NC.
The only way we can make this happen requires us to shut down our checkout in advance of the move. It is extremely important to place an order earlier and stock up if necessary to avoid interruption in your inventory supply. Once we go live in May, we anticipate 2-3 weeks of shipping delays as we work through all the orders that come pouring in. We appreciate your patience during this time and urge our customers to get their orders in early and bring in some extra inventory to hold you over during the transition.
- April 23rd - Hookah Wholesalers checkout will be disabled. All pending orders must be fully paid for or will be cancelled. NO MORE NEW ORDERS CAN BE ACCEPTED AFTER THIS DATE UNTIL WE ARRIVE AT OUR NEW FACILITY.
- April 26th - All pending orders will be shipped or cancelled depending on payment status.
- May 3rd...ish - A relaunch of the website will take place, and all systems will come back online while we continue to prepare our new fullfilment facility. The website checkout functionality is expected to go live on this date and new orders will be accepted.
- May 6th - May 20th - Expect delays in order turnaround time as we catch up through an order backlog. However, we have an amazing team, including some incredible new members, that have all of your best interest in mind. We hope to run through the order queue as quickly as possible. FYI our typical turnaround time for orders is 24-48 hours, and we want to get there as quickly as possible after our big move.
