Local Pick Up Information

Local Austin Pick-Up

If you do live within the greater Austin area, we're happy to let you know that we do offer the option to come pick your order up instead of paying for shipping!

At the time that you place an order you will need to select "local pick-up" as the shipping option or leave a customer comment letting us know you would like to pick it up. Orders placed for local pick-up will be available the following business day between the hours of 4pm and 6pm at our warehouse. We ask that you please DO NOT show up before 4pm unless otherwise arranged with us and it is confirmed that your order is ready. We'd hate to see you show up only to wait or have to come back again later for an order that has not been prepared for you yet!

Need your order rushed?

As long as you can place the order before 12pm, we're happy to add a rush fee to that order to have it ready that same day at 4pm. You can add the rush fee to the order yourself by adding it to your cart, or call at the time the order is placed to set that up. The rush fee is 5% of the cost of the order with a $25 minimum charge. 

For Insurance and Safety purposes we are not allowed to have customers inside the warehouse. If you pull up to the dock we can help bring your order to the loading area.
