Do You Offer Same-Day Shipping?
One of the questions we are most frequently asked is if we offer same day shipping? In short, yes we do with the addition of a small rush fee (5% of your order with a $25 minimum).
Typically, orders are processed in the order that we receive them - but if you are hurting for some shisha and can get your order in on a week day before noon, you can request the rush fee or add it to your cart via the Specials page and we'll make sure yours leaves the same day.
Any orders placed after 12pm Central Time with a rush fee will go out the following day in most cases. Orders placed after 12pm on Friday will not leave until Mondaywhen our carries pick up again.
